Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for Purchase

1. General Agreement

By placing an order for the Little Willows Bouclé Floor Bed, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Dimensions: The Product's dimensions are approximately 2.16m long, 1.15m wide, and 0.90m tall (at the back panel). Slight variations may occur due to the manufacturing process.
Material: The Product is upholstered in a quality bouclé fabric. The cover is machine washable (cold, gentle cycle).
Intended Use: The Product is designed for use as a low-profile sleeping surface for toddlers and children. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure the surrounding area is safe, free of hazards, and suitable for a floor bed setup (e.g., placing soft rugs around the bed, Room is toddler proof as they can get out on their own).
Safety Disclaimer: While designed with safety in mind, adult supervision is always recommended. Little Willows is not liable for any injuries sustained due to misuse of the Product or failure to secure the surrounding sleep environment.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

You may cancel your order before 8am on the following day of purchase for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been processed for shipping.
Orders canceled after this period may incur a processing fee of 25% of the total order value.

Little Willows warrants that the Product will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, or improper cleaning; or damage resulting from modifications made by the Buyer.
If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Little Willows will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Product.
