At Little Willows, we know how excited you are to begin the journey toward better sleep. We strive to deliver your floor bed as safely and efficiently as possible. Because our beds are high-quality, substantial pieces of furniture, please review our shipping guidelines below.
Important: Pre-Sale Information
The Little Willows Bouclé Floor Bed is currently available for Pre-Sale. By purchasing during this period, you are securing your bed from our initial production run.

Estimated Dispatch Date: Pre-sale orders are estimated to begin shipping in the week of 9th March 2026.

Production Updates: We are committed to transparency. We will send you regular email updates regarding the production status and a final notification once your order is on its way to you.

Combined Orders: If your order contains both pre-sale items and in-stock items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the floor bed is ready. If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Payment: Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase to secure your place in the production queue.
1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during a sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Due to the size and weight of the Bouclé Floor Bed, shipping rates are based on your location and the total weight of the package.

3. Delivery Method (Bulky Items)
The Little Willows Floor Bed is a bulky item (2.16m long).

Standard Delivery: Our couriers generally provide curbside delivery. This means the driver will drop the box at your front door or driveway. They are generally not permitted to carry the item inside your home or upstairs.

Signature Required: For your safety, all furniture deliveries require a signature. Please ensure someone is home on the scheduled delivery day.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages during Transit
We take great care in packing your bed, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit.

Inspection: Please inspect the packaging upon arrival. If you notice any significant damage to the box, please make a note of it on the delivery receipt before signing, or refuse the delivery.

Reporting: If your bed arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product and contact us at grow@littlewillowslifestyle.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to send a replacement.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we ship to Australia and the United Kingdom. For inquiries regarding shipping to other countries, please contact our support team for a custom quote.
7. Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Little Willows is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

If a delivery is missed and the courier must attempt a redelivery, a redelivery fee may be charged by the courier service, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
